beberapa menit yang lalu aku baru saja dikejutkan dengan melihat berita bahwa teman SMP-ku baru saja tunangan kemarin. senang? sudah pasti. senang karena mengetahui bahwa temanku sudah menemukan pasangan hidupnya dan akan berjanji setia di depan altar. 

tapi jika dilihat, akhir-akhir ini aku dikelilingi oleh berita tunangan. satu per satu teman-temanku mulai bertunangan. entah itu teman SD, teman SMP, dan bahkan teman kuliah. sebuah cincin sudah melingkar di jari manis kiri mereka. mulai kelihatan sekarang bahwa masing-masing dari kami sudah memilih jalannya sendiri-sendiri. mau merit muda kah, atau masih mencari modal kah, atau mungkin saja masih mencari pasangan yang tepat. sempat bertanya ke diri sendiri, kapan giliranku? karena menikah adalah impian setiap wanita. memakai gaun putih dan membawa sebuket bunga, sambil merangkul lengan pasangan dan melihat orangtuaku menangis bahagia. well, someday i'm sure :)

dan pertanyaan itu sudah bisa kujawab sendiri : semuanya butuh proses, tidak bisa langsung instan. tidak bisa seperti mie instan yang jika diseduh, bisa langsung dimakan. sebuah hubungan juga butuh proses dan juga butuh kesiapan materil dan imateril. ya, semuanya butuh proses :)
